Nearly but not quite
I used this product a few times, it gets rid of the stains ok, but there is a slight discolouration in the material afterwards.

Mini Jumbo toilet tissue dispenser that is key lockable and hinged for easy access to replace the existing roll. It will accommodate a standard mini jumbo roll and has a level indicator to ensure paper is always convenient to monitor. The unit features a full back plate and has a funcntional locking system using a T-Bar lock and 118 key.
